基于OTTD的宽带相控阵空间色散补偿技术研究

摘    要:从理论上分析了普通相控阵天线空间色散产生的原因,数值模拟了工作频率、波控角对空间色散的影响,对采用子阵光学真延时补偿相控阵天线空间色散的技术进行了理论分析和数值模拟。结果表明对于普通相控阵天线,当工作频率为8GHz、波控角为40°时,对应的波束偏移为13.5°,远远不能满足宽带、宽角度工作的要求,而采用光学真延时(OTTD)技术的相控阵天线,在工作频率为8GHz、波控角为60°时,波束偏移量不到2°,满足了宽带、宽角度工作的要求。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the reasons result in space dispersion of general phased array antenna theoretically,simulates the influence of operating frequency,beam control angle on space dispersion through numerical value,performs the theoretical analysis and numerical value simulation to the technique using subarray optical true time delay(OTTD)to compensate space dispersion of phased array antenna.The results indicate:for the common phased array antenna,when the operating frequency is 8GHz,beam control angle is 40°,the corresponding beam deflection is 13.5°,which can't satisfy the requirement of broadband and wide angle operation;for the phased array antenna using OTTD technique,when the operating frequency is 8 GHz,beam control angle is60°,the beam deflection is less than 2°,which can satisfy the requirement of broadband and wide angle operation.
