换热器管子与管板液压胀接连接的管槽尺寸

摘    要:采用有限元法,建立二维轴对称模型,模拟了不同胀槽尺寸结构的液压胀接过程,得到了换热器管子与管板连接接头的残余应力和残余变形。以接头平均残余接触压力为评价连接强度的指标,分析了管孔槽宽度、深度、位置和间距等几何尺寸对连接强度的影响,给出了推荐采用的理想管孔槽结构,为工程设计和制造规范的修订提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The process of hydraulic expanding of tube-to-tubesheet joints was simulated using finite element method based on 2-D axisymmetrical model. Then the residual stress and deformation of joints were determined in this paper. The effects of the width, depth, location and space of grooves on connection strength of joints were investigated in terms of the average residual contact pressure of joints. Therefore an optimum groove structure is given according to the calculation results, which can provide reference for revision of the design and manufacture codes.
