摘    要:介绍了一种基于DSP的齿轮减速器实时监控装置,通过振动信号的分析对齿轮和轴承进行故障诊断。综合利用了包络检波和对FFT频谱分析法,有效提高监测系统的实时性和测量精度,并实现了减速器在运行中瞬时故障的实时监测和报警。

Abstract:Presented a new fault diannosis system for the gear speed reducer, rolling bearing based on advancing DSP technolony, and provided a feasible strategy. According to the analysis of vibration sign , using the envelope demodulation and FFF methods, improved the calculation precision for the rolling bearing diagnosis . The responding time delay of conventional circuit in the monitor system was effectively improved. The sensitivity and resolution of the monitoring and alarming system for the instant fault were also improved for the nmning gear speed reducer.
