企业危机管理的预警系统

针对当前企业中存在的不可避免的危机问题,提出了一种企业危机管理预警系统模型;并采用模糊优选和BP神经网络相结合的方法,对该模型中的核心部分,即数据分析子系统和报警子系统进行了理论推导和设计。该系统通过对企业内部和外部资料的搜集和处理,能准确地对企业生产经营的现状做出判断;一旦企业在生产经营中出现重大问题,该系统就会及时地发出预警,使管理者迅速采取相应措施,从而使企业避免受到更为严重的威胁。

A Warning System of Enterprise's Crisis Management

Because there exists unavoidable crisis in enterprises nowadays, a crisis management system model is presented. By utilizing fuzzy optimization and the BP artificial neural network method, a data analysis sub-system and a warning sub-system are designed and deduced theoretically. By collecting and processing the materials inside and outside of an enterprise, this system can make accurate judgment on the production and operation status of the enterprise. Once a serious problem in production and operation process appears, this system can alert in time, and administrators of the enterprise can take corresponding measures to prevent the enterprise from a more serious threaten.
