无钾钠复合型早强剂ZQ-1的研制

摘    要:针对目前钠盐、钾盐作为混凝土早强剂存在诸如碱-骨料反应、盐析、水泥适应性差等缺点,采用正交设计安排试验,研制出ZQ-1型混凝土无钾钠早强剂。分析了各个因素对早期强度的影响,所研制的早强剂各项指标达到并超过了国家现行标准的要求。

Abstract:In view of the disadvantages of alkali-aggregate reaction,salt out low adaptability to cement induced by the accelerators containing sodium salt and kalium salt for early strength of concrete,ZQ-1 Na+ & K+-Free Concrete Early Strength Accelerator was developed based on the tests by way of orthogonal design and effects of various factors on early strength of the concrete were analysed.All the indexes for the accelerator attainted to and exceeded requirements set in the current national standard.
