| 摘 要： | 本文主要讨论在整数小波变换和SPHIT（面向空间方向树）算法基础上对医学图像进行压缩的压缩技术，其压缩过程引人感兴趣区域（ROD．使用此算法进行压缩，不仅压缩比大，而且使ROI区域优先背景区域编码，即可获取较高的压缩质量．

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the technology of medical image compression based on the algorithm of integer wavelet transformation and SPHIT, with the introduction of ROI during compression. The application of this algorithm results in high compression ratio, and ROI is coded ahead of the background. Thus, higher compression quality is achieved. |
