磁控溅射PET非织造基银膜的微结构及性能

摘    要:为研究PET非织造基银膜的结构及性能,在室温条件下,用磁控溅射法在PET非织造布基材上制备了25、50、75、100 nm4种不同厚度的Ag薄膜,由X射线衍射对薄膜微结构测试分析得知:制备的Ag薄膜均呈多晶态,晶体结构均呈面心立方;随着膜厚的增加,薄膜的平均晶粒尺寸逐渐增大。薄膜的光谱和导电性能测试表明:PET基银膜存在临界膜厚,在临界膜厚范围内,随着膜厚的增加,薄膜的反射率急剧增强,透射率快速下降,但达临界膜厚后,反射率和透射率随膜厚的变化趋于平缓;随着膜厚的增加,薄膜的导电性能明显提高。
