低温等离子体对羊毛织物防毡缩性能的影响

摘    要:文章讨论了低温等离子体对羊毛织物防毡缩性能的影响,分析了低温等离子体处理时间和功率对羊毛织物的毡缩率及断裂强力的影响,比较了树脂整理与低温等离子对羊毛织物防毡缩性能的影响,得出了最佳工艺:处理时间:3 min,压强:1 MPa,处理功率100 W,树脂用量:40 g/L。

Abstract:The effect of low temperature plasma to felting properties of wool fabrics was discussed.The influence of treatment time and treatment power on breaking strength and shrinkage rate was also investigated.In addition,the anti-felting properties of wool finished by resin and low temperature plasma was compared,and the optimum process was obtained,that is,treatment time: 3 min,treatment pressure:1Mpa,treatment power:100W,the dosage of resin: 40g/L.
