摘    要:在SINTECH20/G拉伸试验机上对Zn-Al10-Cu2锌合金进行等温拉伸实验,研究该合金在变形温度为210℃~300℃、应变速率为0.001s-1~0.1s-1条件下的变形行为和拉伸力学性能。结果表明,峰值应力随温度升高而降低,随应变速率的提高而增大。通过线性回归分析,得出流变应力σ解析表达式,其中A、α和n值分别为6.63×1012s-1、0.0108MPa-1和4.81,其热变形激活能Q=150.127kJ/mol。该合金在温度为300℃、应变速率为0.001s-1时,出现超塑性趋势。

Abstract:The tensile deformation behavior and properties of Zn-Al10-Cu2 alloy were studied by isothermal tensile experiment at 210℃~300℃ and strain rate 0.001s-1~0.1s-1 with simulated machine.The results show that the peak stress increases with strain rate increasing and decreases with deformation temperature increasing.The values of A,α and n in the analytical expressions of flow stress σ are fitted to be 6.63×1012s-1、0.0108MPa-1 and 4.81 by linear regression analysis and optimization calculation.The hot deformation activation energy of Zn-10Al-Cu alloys during hot deformation is 150.127kJ/mol.The superplasticity trend of the alloy is occurred at 300℃ and strain rate 0.001s-1.
