膨胀珍珠岩缓冲衬垫发泡机理研究

摘    要:发泡机理是制定成型定型工艺的主要依据.通过大量的试验观察,分析了膨胀珍珠岩缓中衬垫发泡成型定型过程中经历的3个阶段,即气泡核形成、气泡核长大和泡体固化定型过程.实验结果表明,膨胀珍珠岩缓冲衬垫的气泡长大是在黏合剂失去一定的水分、其黏度逐渐增加的条件下才得以实现.控制好发泡剂分解时刻、分解速度与料浆的黏度相匹配,是制备优良性能衬垫的关键.

Abstract:The foaming mechanism was the main base of molding and finalizing the shape. According to abundance experiments and observation, the process of the foaming molding and finalizing the shape experienced three phases of forming bubble core, expanding bubble, finalizing foam. The conclusion was the growth of bubble core with the increase of the adhesive when the bond lost definite water, while the key essential of making nicer performance cushion was to control the time and temperature of vesicant decomposed as well as adhesive of the mixture.
