摘    要:炼厂气丙烯是丙烯主要来源之一,面对市场对丙烯需求的较大缺口,荆门炼厂实施了以下技术措施来增产丙烯:(1)高反应温度裂解丙烯;(2)ZSM-5分子筛裂解丙烯;(3)丙烷裂解丙烯;(4)汽油回炼裂解丙烯,技术措施投用后,2009年荆门石化增产丙烯1.3万t,增产幅度为10%,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Refinery-gas propylene was a source of propylene,because of shortage in the propylene supply,JIN-MEN Refinery made the following technical measurements to increase propylene production. The reaction was that cracking of propylene with ZSM-5 zeolite in high temperature and the propane cracked propylene and gasoline refined the cracked propylene.
