摘    要:用不同方法制备了一系列Ni/γ-Al2O3负载型催化剂。在压力1.0 MPa、温度200 ℃、空速2.0 h-1条件下用固定床连续流动微反装置进行了抗硫性评价。模型反应物是质量分数为750×10-6噻吩的甲苯-噻吩混合溶液。结果表明,制备方法明显影响催化剂加氢活性和抗硫性能;催化剂活性差异主要取决于活性组分Ni在载体上的结构特征。

Abstract:A series of Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by different methods. Tolerance of the nickel-based catalysts to sulfur poisoning was investigated via hydrogenation of toluene containing 750×10-6 mass fraction of thiophene in a fixed-bed continuous-flow microreactor at 200 ℃,1.0 MPa and LHSV 2.0 h-1. It was shown that preparation methods have remarkable influence on hydrogenation activity and tolerance to sulfur of the catalysts. The main difference in activity attributes to the structure of nickel on the supports.
