| Abstract: | Growth rate of thiamine nitrate crystal during recrystallization process is studied. A model that can describe the growth rate of thiamine nitrate is obtained. It is proved that the growth of thiamine nitrate is size- dependent, and is controlled by reaction process and diffusion process. The obtained model is of importance to guide practice. |
