摘    要:介绍了晶闸管集成触发芯片TC787的原理和特点,讨论了它在80C196KC单片机控制直流调速系统中的应用,并详细介绍了该系统的功能、软硬件结构.其触发电路无需同步变压器,控制软件采用转速、电流双闭环PI数字调节器,具有良好的静动态特性.

Abstract:The principle and characteristics of thyristortrigger integrated chip TC787 were introduced, it's application in DC driving system controlled by 80C196KC singlechip microcomputer wasdiscussed, and the system's function、software、hardware structures were described in details. The trigger circuit doesn't need synchronous transformer, controlling software adopts PI digital regulator with double closedloop including speed loop and current loop, having good stati and dynamic characteristic.
