| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了载货汽车冲压零部件的分布，说明模具设计制造在新车型开发研制中的作用，介绍了三维CAD技术的优势及应用于模具设计的必要性和必然趋势，以PRO/E为支撑环境，着重探讨了数量最多的车架零件模具设计过程及其三维CAD的一般方法，最后给出了一典型横梁成型模具的零件、部件、模具结构的三维特征模型。

Then, it discusses the general process of die design and method of 3D CAD based on PRO/E. Finally, it provides a typical feature-based 3D model example of die structure, its parts and subassembly. |
