| 摘 要： | 用Visual Basic 6.0 语言编程模拟齿轮加工,并在一定范围内合理修改齿轮模数m、齿数z、压力角α、变位系数x等参数后通过观察运行结果来比较正变位、零变位、负变位齿轮的差异．通过连续范成加工动态地模拟出齿条刀具加工齿坯的过程,通过步进范成加工任意控制齿条刀具加工齿坯的过程．

System of the computer model in generating gear |

| Abstract: | Imitate the procedure of rack cutter generate gear blank by the language of Visual Basic 6.0，and modify the parameter such as module、number of teeth、 pressure angle、and coefficient of profile shift in the appropriate and limited range，then contrast the gear's difference with positive modified gear 、zero modified gear and negative modified gear. Successive generation imitate automatically the whole procedure of the rack cutter's generating the gear blank；Generating the gear teeth step by step is able to look through the procedure of the rack cuts the gear blank . |
