微波消解法在硅酸盐分析中应用探讨

摘    要:用微波消解法来分解硅酸盐试样具有快速、简单、经济的特点,在生产控制上具有一定的推广作用.采用微波消解法来分解水泥成品、半成品,通过在不同的微波火力、微波时间等条件下来测定氧化钙含量.结果发现:在敞开容器中,采用微波小火来消解水泥熟料只需用2 min就完全;消解水泥生料时也只需用4 min就消解完全,并且对消解时所需酸用量也作了分析,获得了满意的结果.同时,对微波消解法应用于硅酸盐分析的发展前景作了扼要评述.

Abstract:Decomposition of silicate sample with microwave digestion process is fast, simple and economical and should be popularized in production control. The calcium content of both the finished and the semi-finished cement products was measured through decomposing them with microwave digestion process under different microwave outputs and microwave time. The results show that in open container even under the low microwave output the clinker and the raw meal may be completely digested respectively in 2 minutes and 4 minutes. The analysis of the acid volume consumed during the digestion also shows a good result. Meanwhile the prospect of applying the mirowave digestion method in silicate analysis is also briefed.
