可降解超疏水聚乳酸塑料薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用相分离法,以可降解聚合物聚乳酸(PLA)和聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)为原料制备超疏水塑料薄膜,研究原料配比、溶剂处理温度、溶剂处理时间等对塑料薄膜疏水性的影响。结果表明:当PLA质量分数为70%,在50℃下二甲基亚砜(DMSO)处理25min后制得的塑料薄膜接触角为155°,呈超疏水性。该薄膜具有良好的降解性能,强制降解条件下,5d降解率达到34.13%。扫描电镜照片显示塑料薄膜多孔并具有蜂窝状结构,具有粗糙的表面形貌。进一步采用低表面能的含氟丙烯酸酯树脂对其进行表面修饰,表面修饰后塑料薄膜接触角提高到164°。

Abstract:The degradable super hydrophobic plastic film was prepared with polylactic acid(PLA) and poly(propylene carbonate)(PPC) by phase separation method.The effects of material proportion,treatment time and temperature of solvent on the wettability of the plastic films were discussed.When PLA(wt%) was 70%,the treatment time of solvent was 25 min and the treatment temperature of solvent was 50℃,the contact angle of super hydrophobicity plastic film was 155°.The degradation rate of film was up to 34.13% at the fifth day.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images of the surface micropattern of the film showed that the surfaces exhibited honeycomb-like and porous structures.With fluorinated acrylate coating on the film,the contact angle was increased to 164°.
