枫香与缺萼枫香果实挥发性成分的GC - MS分析

摘    要:采用GC - MS法对枫香与缺萼枫香果实挥发性成分进行分析,在枫香果实挥发油中共检出35个成分,鉴定了29个成分,主要成分为β-蒎烯、1S-α-蒎烯和石竹烯,含量分别为16.69%、15.22%和12.54%;在缺萼枫香果实挥发油中共检出47个成分,鉴定了33个化合物,主要成分是β-蒎烯、1R-α-蒎烯和石竹烯,含量分别为22.10%、21.93%和11.41%,研究结果可为扩大枫香药用资源的应用及药材鉴定提供科学依据.

Abstract:The volatile oil from the fruit of Liquidambar formosans and L. acalycina are analyzed by GC - MS method. 35 compounds are separated and 29 compounds are identified in the volatile constituents from L.formosans. The main constituents are β-pinene, 1S-a-pinene and caryophyllene, 16. 69%, 15.22% and 12. 54% respectively. 47 compounds are separated and 33 compounds were identified from L. acalycina. The main constituents are β-pinene, 1R-a-pinene and ly. The study provides scientific basis to enlarge caryophyllene, 22. 10%, 21.93% and 11.41% respectiveapplication of L. formosans resources and its identification.
