摘    要:从叶轮背母的结构、气封静环及高速轴检修装配分析离心增压机高速轴损坏原因,提出改变高速轴轴头部分结构、改造气封静环结构的方法,改造后离心增压机运行正常,检修周期增加到1 a以上,经济效益显著.

Abstract:Analyzes the damage reason of high speed shaft of centrifugal positive booster by repair and assembly of the structure of blade wheel, atmoseal stator ring and high speed shaft, puts forward the method of revamping the structure of the gudgeon of high speed shaft and the atmoseal stator ring. The centrifugal positive booster runs normally after revamping, and the repair period is increased to more than one year, significant economic benefit is obtained.
