| 摘 要： | 随着信息革命的出现和知识经济时代的来临，企业核心能力对人力资本是越来越具有高度的依赖性，且企业中的人力资本提高及积累在其核心能力的成长过程中有着至关重要的作用，基于人力资本理论及企业核心能力生命周期理论，就企业在其核心能力生命周期的各阶段如何去加快人力资本的提高及积累进行探讨。

| Abstract: | With the appearance of the information revolution and the knowledge economic era, the enterprise s core competence depends more and more on the human capital, and the increase and accumulation of human capital play a great role in the life period of enterprise s core competence, therefore an exploration is made into how to increase and accumulate the human capital quickly in the life period of enterprise' s core competence ac -cording to the theory of human capital and the life period of the core competence. |
