Al2O3基气敏元件反应过程中脱附量的研究

摘    要:气敏元件的性能不但与材料的显微结构有关,而且与气敏过程中氧化还原的产物及量的多少相关。针对此问题,借助于TGA热分析系统对3种不同晶粒尺寸的Al2O3基气敏元件在不同温度工作时的脱附量、吸附量进行了研究。

Abstract:The performance of the gas sensors, such as the sensitivity, selectivity, and the lifetime are closely related to the microstructure as well as to the desorption of the sensors during gas sensing processes. This paper presents the study of surface chemical interaction on A12O3 - based gas sensors with thermal analysis system TGA. The performances of the gas sensors made from three different powder sizes at different temperature are reported.
