摘    要:快速灵敏的分级执行系统是红枣自动分级机研制的关键技术之一.根据机器视觉红枣无损检测分级设备的分级执行要求,利用电磁阀、气缸、连杆及分级斗设计出一种分级执行机构,并结合其动作过程,制作了相应的控制电路;该机构经分级信号触发,推动分级斗转向不同的角度,形成4个分级通道,使向下抛落的红枣进入相应等级的通道,分为4个等级.经生产使用状况表明,该系统反应灵敏、稳定性好、分级准确率高,对红枣无损伤,较好地满足了自动分级机的使用要求.

Abstract:Rapid and sensitive grading actuator system is one of crucial technical for jujube automatic classifier. In this paper, according to the grading actuator requirements of non-destructive testing and grading equipment which based on machine vision, dsigned a grading actuator mechanism used solenoid valves, cylinders, connecting rods and grading buckets. Then, combined with its action process, maked the steering circuit; the grading mechanism triggered by graded signal, pushed grading buckets rotated to difference angles, and formed four channels, so that the piantic jujube could enter corresponding channels, meanwhile, the jujube was divided into four grades. The using condition showed that the system responsed rapidly, well stability, accurately and nondestructive. It worked well for using requirements.
