基于DSP和DDS技术的静电悬浮/恒速控制系统设计

摘    要:针对ESG静电悬浮(支承)和电场恒速要求,采用DSP结合FPGA技术、AT89C51单片机结合DDS技术,设计并研制了静电支承/恒速数字控制系统硬件和软件.半物理仿真实验表明,系统设计方案可行,功能可靠,能够达到设计要求.

Abstract:According to the requirements of electrostatic suspension system(ESS)and constant-speed control of electrostatic suspen- sion gyroscope(ESG),the hardware and software of the ESS control system based on DSP,FPGA and direct digital frequency syn- thesis(DDS)are designed and implemented.The semi-physical simulations and experiments show that the system scheme is feasi- ble;function of the system is reliable;and it could match the design requirements.
