摘    要:采用单面冻融法与碳化试验方法,对不同成型方式(透水模板成型和普通钢模成型)混凝土试样分别进行冻融—碳化交替作用和单因素作用的对比研究。结果表明,冻融—碳化耦合作用下混凝土的碳化能有效抑制冻融损伤,且其抑制作用随水胶比增大而增强;透水模板增强混凝土表面成型质量,其冻融损伤和碳化深度显著降低,碳化对冻融损伤抑制作用较普通钢模成型试样小。

Abstract:Single surface frost thawing and carbonation test method are adopted to analyze the alternate action of freeze-thaw damage and carbonization and single factor action in different shaping of concrete samples (permeable template molding and ordinary steel molding). The results show that under the alternate action of freeze-thaw damage and carbonization, concrete carbonization can effectively restrain the damage of freeze-thaw and the inhibition enhances along with the aggrandizement of water-cement ratio; permeable template can enhance the quality of concrete surface and remarkably reduce the freeze-thaw damage and the depth of concrete carbonization; the inhibition of permeable template molding carbonation to freeze-thaw damage is smaller than that of ordinary steel molding.
