摘    要:为评价小浪底水库运行对黄河下游河道泥沙及生态环境的影响,依据黄河下游花园口站1960~2010年日均流量资料,采用变化范围法(RVA)定量评价了水文条件改变程度,分析了小浪底水库建库前后黄河下游水文条件变化,评价了下游河道泥沙及生态环境的改变。结果表明,与建库前相比,小浪底水库的运行使下游河道水文情势发生了高度改变,整体水文改变度为71.6%,而对生态环境已严重恶化的黄河下游,小浪底水库的运行极大地改善了黄河下游泥沙淤积问题,同时对生态环境的影响整体呈有利趋势。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the influence of Xiaolangdi Reservoir operation on the silt and ecological environment in the downstream of the Yellow River, based on the daily average runoff of Huayuankou station in the downstream of the Yellow River in 1960-2010, the method of range of variability approach (RVA) is adopted to assess the change degree of hydrological condition before and after construction of reservoir and evaluate the change of river silt and ecological environment. Compared with no construction of reservoir, the results show that Xiaolangdi Reservoir operation make hydrological situation in the downstream river change greatly; the overall degree of hydrologic alteration is about 71.6%. As for the serious deteriorated ecological environment in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, the current operation mode of Xiaolangdi Reservoir can improve the sedimentation in the downstream of the Yellow River greatly, and it appears the favorable trend on the influence of ecological environment.
