| 摘 要： | 毕业生的就业率高低是评价学校培养的人才是否符合社会需求的晴雨表,近年来,义乌工商学院旅游系所培养的毕业生一直保持着接近100%的就业率,这充分反映了其所培养的旅游人才的质量得到了社会的认可,其主要经验有:强化"EQ"教育;创导案例教学法;将礼仪课打造为核心课程;开发创业型专业教材;班级实行"企业化管理";实行多元化考核方式;教师向企业培训师学习.
