咬合支护结构中深层搅拌桩早龄期强度的试验研究

摘    要:将常规的钻孔灌注桩与深层搅拌桩间隔布置,先施工深层搅拌桩,在水泥土尚未达到一定强度前,紧接着施工钻孔灌注桩,利用钻机的切割能力切割掉相邻深层搅拌桩相交部分的水泥土,形成挡土和止水合而为一的咬合支护结构,应用在1~2层地下室、开挖深度10m左右的中小型基坑中,不但造价更为低廉,而且可获得更大的地下空间.为了了解和掌握钻孔灌注桩-深层搅拌桩的最佳咬合效果,本文针对由不同土性、不同水泥掺入比和龄期制成的窜内和现场的各种水泥土进行试验研究,获得了一些有益的结论,以期进一步指导和帮助后续钻孔灌注桩一深层搅拌桩咬合支护结构的设计和施工.

Abstract:While regular borehole cast-in-place piles and deep mixing piles are arranged at intervals.The deep mixing piles are constructed firstly,then the borehole cast-in-place piles are poured before soil-cement attaining a certain strength.The boundary of the deep mixing piles and soil-cement is cut off by the cutting capacity of drill.Then,a occlude retaining structure,which has both waterproof and retaining functions,is formed.Its cost is very low and can get much space if it is used in one or two-layer basemen...
