空气弹簧隔振平台调平精度影响因素分析

摘    要:针对四个空气弹簧支撑的隔振平台自动调平系统产生误差的原因进行了较全面地分析.从倾角传感器本身精度、安装误差、零漂及温漂、气动滞后性、电磁阀响应频率等方面对调平系统精度的影响进行了详细介绍,并最终定量地给出了这些因素造成的误差.最后针对上述误差及其产生的原因提出了相应的补偿对策,进而为提高空气弹簧隔振平台调平精度探测出一条有效途径.

Abstract:The reasons of the errors of the automatic leveling system in vibration isolation platform supported by four air springs is analyzed The leveling precision of the air spring vibration isolation platform influenced by precision of tilt angle sensor, zero excursion and temperature excursion of the sensor, installation of the sensor and response frequency of solenoid valve and so on are described detailedly, and then the errors caused by these factors were put forward quantitatively. It explored a effective approach for improving leveling precision analysis of the air spring vibration isolation platform.
