摘    要:基于利用直流潮流模拟电力系统连锁故障的OPA模型,研究了电力系统线路可靠性、线路容量增加方式以及负荷波动对复杂电力系统停电分布的影响和电力系统的自组织临界性。结果表明:输电线路可靠性和小的负荷波动对停电分布影响不大,而大的负荷波动对停电分布影响很大,可能导致连锁故障的发生;加强传输线路的建设可以有效减少停电频率,进而降低系统的运行风险;此外,可从系统总负荷需求和网络总传输容量比值的角度初步揭示电力系统的自组织临界性。

Abstract:Based on the OPA (by Oak Ridge National Lab, Power System Energy Research Center at UWM and University of Alaska) model by which power system cascading failure can be simulated by use of DC power flow, the influences of line reliability, line capacity increasing modes and load fluctuation on power system blackout distribution as well as the self-organized criticality of power system are researched. Research results show that the transmission line reliability and small load fluctuation have little influence on the blackout distribution, whereas stong load fluctuation will influence blackout distribution greatly and may lead to cascading falilure. The blackout frequency can be effectively reduced by strengthening the construction of transmission lines, and then risk of system operation can also be reduced. In addition, the self-organized criticality of power system can be preliminarily revealed from the viewpoint of the ratio of network transfer capability and total load demand.
