大牛地气田封隔器解卡技术方法研究

摘    要:大牛地气田开发以来多口井压裂封隔器遇卡造成事故,其主要卡钻原因为水力锚或封隔器卡瓦不回缩、胶皮破裂、胶皮不解封等。提出了大力提?解卡、憋压解卡、悬吊解卡等6项事故处理措施,并对每种措施进行了现场应用分析,为今后该类卡钻事故处理提供了参考。

Abstract:Accidents happened in many wells because of the fracturing packer sticking in Daniudi Gas Field. The main causes of sticking are slips being not back of hydraulic anchor or packer, rubber rupture, rubber not being released and so on. Based on it, 6 measures to deal with the accidents were proposed including vigorous pulling back off, pressure building unfreezing, suspension releasing etc. Field application analysis was conducted for every measure and it provided reference for this kind of sticking accidents treatment.
