Abstract:The method of isotope dilution multi-collector ICP-MS with hexapole collision cell was developed for determining Fe, Cu, and Zn in soybean powder through the studies of measuring parameters of the instrument and sample preparation. Furthermore, this method was used to determine Fe, Cu, and Zn in soybean for the comparison among national metrology institutes, and got excellent results. In addition, measurement results by means of IDMS are compared with those by other methods in this paper.
