利用Matlab遗传算法优化磁性纤维多元混纺纱的混纺比

摘    要:采用磁性纤维和竹、棉纤维进行多元混纺,分析不同混纺比条件下混纺纱的性能,并采用1stopt软件得出混纺纱性能指标与各纤维含量的关系式,然后应用Matlab遗传算法工具箱对磁性纤维多元混纺纱的混纺比进行优化.结果表明:当权重系数为0.25、0.2、0.3、0.25]时,得到最优混纺比为磁性纤维、竹、棉纤维各占67%、23%和10%.

Abstract:The blended yarn is made of the magnetic fiber and cotton,bamboo fiber,and the performances of blended yarns with different blend ratios are analyzed.The relational equations between the performances and the fiber content are received with 1stopt software,then the blend ratio of the multiple blended yarns is optimized applying the Matlab genetic algorithm box.The results show that the optimized blending ratio is magnetic fiber,bamboo,cotton fiber possess 67%,23% and 10% separately when the weight coefficien...
