China Mobile Construct Province Network Management System Continuity

China Mobile must have an efficient, applied network management system to manage the telecommunication network as the network become more complex and expand rapidly. In this paper, author describe the scale and providing service of China Mobile network, and sum up the experiment of constructing network management system ago. The author put forward that operator must deal with some relationships as constructing network management system, and provide the solutions of China Mobile. The paper conclude that if operator construct an efficient network management system, it will make them provide customer good service rapidly, and the author bring forward the solutions that how to do it in this paper.
