| 摘 要： | 企业的发展要以人为本,这就需要建立良好的激励机制以充分发挥员工的作用。良好的激励机制应该是包括物质激励机制、精神激励机制、差异激励机制、股票期权激励机制在内的一套完整的员工激励体系,并且在机制设计上充分分析和运用员工的不同需要。
