气体分馏装置稳态模拟和操作优化

摘    要:以广州石化两套气分装置为研究对象,运用Aspenplus流程模拟软件进行离线的稳态模拟,建立了和实际情况相符合的计算机模型。在此基础上,运用总体优化技术,对该系统的操作条件进行了调整,以提高整体经济效益。结果证明,调优后丙烯回收率可提高1.95%,每年可增产精丙烯1895t,增产精丙烯创造效益为164.20万元/a。气分(一)、(二)装置降低的能耗分别为5.24kg标油/t和7.63kg标油/t,节能所创造的效益为170.16万元/a,调优后总体效益为334.36万元/a。

Abstract:This article describes how stimulation and optimization technologies can help enhance a gas fractionation unit's efficiency citing two units in SINOPEC Guangzhou Company as an example.Researchers set up an off-line,steady-state model for the two units using the process stimulation software Aspen Plus and based on the model optimized the operational conditions of these units using overall optimization technology. After the optimization,the propylene recovery rates of these two units increased by 1.95% and fine propylene output increased by 1,895t per year.As a result of the output rise,the annual revenue generated by these two units increased by 1.642 million yuan.These two units' energy consumption for producing one ton of products dropped by 5.24kg and 7.63kg of standard oil equivalent respectively.The energy annually saved by the units is worth 1.7016 million yuan and after the optimization the combined revenue generated by the two units reached 3.3436 million yuan per year.
