摘    要:首次采用X光电子能谱(XPS)研究了三元IPN的表面元素和基团分布,研究表明,三元IPN表面和内部元素及基团分布明显不均一,并随合成条件发迹体系不均一程度也有差异。文中从组分性质、后凝胶时间等方面解释了这种变化,同时还发现这种不均一程度与体系内部形态结构有直接关系。

Abstract:XPS technology was first introduced to investigate the distribution of surface element and group. The research showed that the three component IPN surface and the distribution of internal element and group were ununiform and changed with the synthesis conditon. The degree of ununiform was also different. This variation was explained from the point of the composiiton property and post gelating time. At the same time, the relationship between this ununiform degree and internal morphology structure was founded.
