| Abstract: | The performance characteristics of vulcanized nano-nitrile rubber modified epoxy resins were briefly described. The formulations, performance and applications of a low-temperature resistant epoxy resin potting glue for electronic parts and a room temperature curable high-temperature resistant adhesive were introduced. |
