摘    要:以水溶性硅酸钠和硅酸钾的混合物为基胶,氧化铝和氧化镁为固化剂,二氧化硅、六钛酸钾晶须和铝粉等为填料,制备了耐温800℃以上、具有优异耐水性的高温粘接密封胶。该高温胶与金属、木材、陶瓷等具有很好的粘接性能,优良的高低温循环性能和隔热性能,其综合性能优于同类型的法国DB5012胶。

Abstract:A silicate sealant was prepared using water-soluble Na2Si2O3 and K2Si2O3 as the base materials, Al2O3 and MgO as the curing agents, SiO2 powder and K2Ti6O1.3 whisker etc. as the fillers. This silicate sealant is able to bear the temperature of 800 ℃ or more and has excellent water resistance. The sealant has better bonding capacity to metals, wood and ceramics etc., admirable performance under highlow temperature cycles and good heat-shielding properties, and thc combination performance of the sealant is superior to that of" sealant DB5012 from France.
