| 摘 要： | 在我国高烈度地震设防地区，建筑工程中的隔震技术应用发展得很快，从业人员对这一技术的认识也在不断地深入。本文从结构设计角度，对隔震建筑技术的适用性和经济性进行了客观分析，并对工程实践中出现的高层建筑隔震、多塔楼建筑隔震、带地下室建筑隔震模型等技术热点问题提出了明确的意见和看法，可供相关人员参考。

| Abstract: | The development of the base-isolation technology is very fast in higher seismic fortification intensity area in china, as well as the knowledge about this technology. In this paper, from structure design point of view, the adaptability and economical index of base-isolation technology are analyzed. The suggestions about the base-isolation in high building, in multi-tower building, and the structure model of the base-isolation in basement are put forward, and it will be useful for engineer in this field. |
