发酵型灵芝枸杞西红柿酒的研制

摘    要:作者研制成功了一种新型的发酵型灵芝枸杞西红柿酒,并且研制出了其新颖的生产技术:采用液体深层发酵技术生产出灵芝菌丝体,然后将其浸提液、枸杞汁和西红柿汁按比例混合,采用发酵技术,生产出灵芝枸杞西红柿酒。该酒富含灵芝多糖、枸杞多糖、番茄红素等生物活性物质,具有提高免疫力、抑制肿瘤、明显的降血脂、降血糖等功效。灵芝枸杞西红柿酒色泽、风味俱佳,为一种功能型保健酒,系国内首创。现已申报国家发明专利,申请号200410049656.9。

Abstract:The author has successfully developed a completely new kind of fermented Ganoderma Lucidum Lycium chinensis Miller tomato wine.The new production technology is also provided.Ganoderma Lucidum Lycium chinensis Miller tomato wine is produced by fermenting the mixture which is composed of certain propotion of extracted liquid from submerged culturing mycelia of Ganoderma Lucidum,Lycium chinensis Miller juice and tomato juice.Ganoderma Lucidum Lycium chinensis Miller tomato wine is rich in health cares such as Ganoderma Polysaccharide,Lycium chinensa Polysaccharide and lycopene etc which have the function of increasing the immunity,resisting cancer and defering decrepitude etc.The appearance and flavour of the Ganoderma Lucidum Lycium chinensis Miller tomato wine are both perfect.It is a kind of super health caring wine which is first developed in the nation,having already declared the nation invention patent now,the patent apply for number is 200410049656.9
