| Abstract: | This paper probes into the present situations of staff management in hospitals and some relevant countermeasures from the following five aspects: appropriate employment of medical technicians, training of successors to the head of various departments, enhancement of the building-up of hospital managerial personnel, nurturing of a superior environment for technical and scientific personnel to develop, and the constructing of more comfortable working conditions. |
