正交法优选绿凤藤茶黄酮的提取工艺条件

摘    要:为探索藤茶中黄酮的最佳提取条件,采用L9(34)正交设计,利用超声提取法,研究了提取温度、提取时间、提取次数及料液比4个因素对藤茶总黄酮得率的影响。结果表明,提取次数、提取温度及料液比对藤茶得率的影响达极显著水平,提取时间对黄酮得率的影响未达到显著水平。藤茶黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件:料液比为1∶20,提取3次,每次提取时间30m in,提取温度为90℃,黄酮得率达15.98%。

Abstract:In order to explore the best extracting condition of total flavonoids,the L9(34) orthogonal design was used to study the effect of extracting temperature,time,extracting times and the ratio of liquid to solid on the yield of total flavonoids from ampelsis grossedentata by ultrasonic extraction method.Results showed that the effect of extracting temperature,extracting times and the ratio of liquid to solid on the yield of total flavonoids reached 1% significant level,and extracting time didn't reached signif...
