摘    要:针对空气压缩机汽轮机运行过程中出现的异常轴振动现象进行分析,介绍在维持运行中所采取的措施.通过检修,汽轮机轴振动值稳定在17 μm左右,机组各项振动、位移、温度等关键指标均在正常范围内,解决了汽轮机异常轴振动问题.

Abstract:In view of the abnormal shaft vibration occurring in the operation of the steam turbine for the air compressor, an analysis is made of the phenomenon, and the measures taken are presented for maintaining its operation. After examination and repair the vibration value of the steam turbine shaft is maintained at about 17 μm, and the various key indices of vibration, displacement and temperature of the unit are within the normal range, thereby solving the problem of abnormal shaft vibration of the steam turbine.
