| 摘 要： | 介绍了100 kt/a二甲醚生产装置存在的问题、改造方式及改造后的生产运行状况.改造后,甲醇塔塔釜液中的甲醇质量分数由3％ ～6％降至3 × 10-6以下,吨二甲醚的蒸汽消耗由1600kg降至1 000kg,吨二甲醚生产成本下降了100元左右.

| Abstract: | A presentation is given of the problems in 100 kt/a dimethyl ether production unit, its renovation measures and the production run after revamp. After renovation, methanol mass fraction in methanol tower bottoms is reduced from 3% -6% to less than 3×10-6 , the steam consumption per ton dimethyl ether drops from 1 600 kg to 1 000 kg and the production cost per ton dimethyl ether decreases by about 100 yuan. |
