基于小波包分析的笼型异步电动机转子断条在线检测方法

摘    要:本文简单介绍了笼型异步电动机转子断条在线检测方法,指出如何正确识别电动机转子断条故障与负荷波动仍是一个亟待解决的突出问题.对应用小波包分析实现转子断条在线检测作了可行性研究,指出根据电动机定子电流信号的小波包分解系数完全可以检测转子断条故障.在此基础上,提出了一种新的基于小波包分析的转子断条在线检测方法,其突出优点在于可正确识别电动机转子断条故障与负荷波动.数字仿真及实验结果证明该方法是切实可行的.

Abstract:Rotor bar breaking is one frequent fault of squirrel cage asynchronous motor. This paper briefly reviews two typical schemes to detect rotor bar breaking fault on line and points out that how to distinguish rotor bar breaking and load oscillation correctly is still the essential problem up to now. At the same time, this paper discusses the feasibility using wavelet packet analysis to detect rotor bar breaking fault on line, and draws a conclusion that it is feasible to accomplish the mission by means of wavelet packet decomposition coefficient of the stator current signal. Based on that, this paper presents a new on line detection scheme that uses wavelet packet analysis. It is to distinguish rotor bar breaking and load oscillation correctly that the prominent advantage of the new detection scheme. Results of numerical simulation and experimental tests show that the new scheme is valid and effective.
