| 摘 要： | 通过分析黑龙江省生物质能源林在发展中出现的主要问题,指出黑龙江省发展生物质能源林在政策、土地、森林资源和科技力量等方面的有利条件,提出了在政策引导、提高认识、科学规划、发展模式、科技创新、社会参与和国内外合作等方面的发展对策,为黑龙江省生物质能源林的发展起到促进作用.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the main problems of developing bioenergy forest in Heilongjiang province, the author pointed out the favourable conditions of developing bioenergy forest in terms of policy, land, forest resources and capability of science and technology. The strategies in various respects such as policy guidance,inproving cognition, scientific planning,development mode, scientific and technical innovation, social participation, and domestic and international cooperation were mentioned, which will play promoting role to the development of bioenergy forest in Heilongjiang province. |
