微乳液中环己烷和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的回收

摘    要:用破乳、蒸馏、萃取的方法回收组成为环己烷/十六烷基三甲基溴化铵/盐水/正丁醇的微乳液中的环己烷和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,通过正交实验确定最佳破乳条件,结果表明:环己烷收率93.9%,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵收率38.3%。

Abstract:The recovery of CTAB and cyclohexane from microemulsion which was consist of CTAB/water (electrolyte solution)/cyclohexane/n-butyl alcohol by demulsification, distillation and extraction was introduced. The optimum demulsificational condition was defined by orthogonal design. The result showed that the recovery rate of cyclohexane and CTAB were 93.9 % and 38.3 % respectively.
