分层燃烧解决锅炉“老大难”问题

摘    要:针对锅炉出力不足、浪费能源、污染环境等"老大难"问题,在分析的基础上介绍了均匀分层、半沸腾、半悬浮燃烧技术,炉内消烟、除尘、节煤技术和分相、分层、分段燃烧技术。八家锅炉改造实践证明,这些技术能够有效地解决现在锅炉存在的"老大难"问题,确是投资少、见效快、经济效益显著的先进的燃煤技术。

Abstract:To account boiler producing insufficient power, wasting energy, polluting environment, etc long-standing problems , this paper presents several technologies on basis of analyses such as uniform stratifing, semifiuidizing and semi-suspension combustion, eliminating smoke and dust inside boiler and saving coal, phase-splitting and stratifying and sectionalizing combustion. The prance of boiler reformed in eight units has proved that these technologies can effectively solve the long-standing problems the boilers at present face and are advanced coal-combustion technologies with less investment and fast-effect and salient economic benefit.
