摘    要:对嘉兴发电厂二期3、4号锅炉进行了介绍,分析了锅炉结渣、掉渣原因,并对掉渣引起炉膛负压和汽包水位大幅波动的原因作了详细分析,提出了行之有效的改善锅炉结渣情况的运行维护措施,包括加强燃料管理,提供入炉煤工业分析和灰熔点数据,加强吹灰器运行和维护管理等具体措施,削弱锅炉掉渣对炉膛负压与汽包水位的影响.

Abstract:The reasons of scaling and scaling-off of the No.3 and 4 boilers of the II construction stage of Jiaxing Power Plant are analyzed,as well as reasons of furnace negative pressure and drum level fluctuation caused by boiler scaling-off.Measures of operation and maintenance to improve the working condition of the boiler are proposed,which will weaken the influences of boiler scaling-off on furnace negative pressure and drum level fluctuation.
